DIRECTIONS:
These easy-to-follow directions are included in your package. 
1. Bring 8oz of water to a boil.
2. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of the loose tea blend into a tea bag or tea infuser. You can place the loose tea directly into a teapot or cup to steep but you will need to strain it before you drink the tea.
3. Pour boiling water over the loose tea and let steep for 15 minutes in a covered cup with hot water for maximum flavor. Covering helps prevent any flavors from escaping in the form of steam.
4. Remove the loose tea, add milk or dairy-free milk to taste and sweeten as desired.
5. Enjoy!
