Return & Exchange Policy

At Rooted in Love Teas, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our teas or related items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at rootedinlovetn@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
