DIRECTIONS:  These easy-to-follow directions are included.
1. Bring 8 oz of water to a boil.
2. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea into a tea bag or tea infuser. You can place the loose tea directly into a teapot or cup to steep but you will need to strain it before you drink the tea.
3. Pour boiling water over the loose tea and let steep 5 - 8 minutes in a covered cup with hot water for maximum benefits. Covering, helps prevent any nutrients from escaping in the form of steam.
4. Remove the loose tea and sweeten if desired.
5. Enjoy!
